Pre-soak shower

Machine is suited to shower products, with the shower products are pre-soaked before the enter a washer. By pre-soaking the products it is easier to wash them.

Capacity and dimensions: 
• The capacity depends on the length of the machine, running speed, pump capacity and the total number of sections.
• The pre-soak shower can be produced for all desired box dimensions and capacities.

Werkwijze: 
• Boxes or pallets with crates are placed on the chain conveyor which transports through the shower.
• The water is circulated/re-used, the water level is controlled with ball valve or by the excess water of the export washer.


General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two component paint, which will give a high protection against water and disinfection liquids.
