Our services
We provide several services: shot-blasting, galvanzing and spraying. This is a preservation method for protecting steel from corrosion, which arrises from the action of water, pesticides and the like.
We have 2 workspaces, 1 of 8,000 x 5,000 x 5,000 mm and 1 of 7,000 x 5,000 x 5,000 mm. These 2 can be temporarily merged to a 15,000 x 5,000 x 5,000mm working space.
Shot-blasting
This is done spraying milled cast iron, with compressed air, against the steel. Due to the impact of this whole, the steel is stripped of its miller scale layer and other contaminants.
Benefits:
•The mill scale layer is thoroughly removed.
•The steel will be completely free of fat.
•The zinc- and paint-layer will have an excellent adhesion level.

Galvanzing
By melting a zinc wire in a flame spray, The material will be burned onto the steel and forms a complete layer of zinc.
Benefits:
•The zinc layer is a rust-proof coating that makes your machine resistant to water.
•Very large machine parts that do not fit in a thermal sink can be treated well in this way.
•This zinc layer can be coated or dyed, which is not possible with thermal sinking.

Spraying
By spraying a 2-component epoxy paint onto the material, a substantially chemically resistant and hard wear-resistant layer is applied by the 2 components paint. This makes the steel even better protected against corrosion and aggressive agents.

•Your product is better resistant to water and chemical agents.
•Your product is wear-resistant due to the hard paint layer.
