Machinefabriek Akerboom works with the conditions provided by the 'Koninklijke Metaalunie', the conditions are called METAALUNIEVOORWAARDEN, the conditions are deposited in the administration of the court of Rotterdam on January 1st 2019.

Edition of the 'Koninklijke Metaalunie', Postbus 2600, 3430 GA Nieuwegein Koninklijke Metaalunie.

In deviation from aricle 14.1 Metaalunie voorwaarden, the period of guarantee for material- and construction errors is 12 months. The rest of article 14 remains unchanged.
