Foam machine with transport chain

This machine is used to disinfect the product, inside boxes by using foam to transfer pesticides.
 

Short description:
• The machine's transport chain consist of a start-, foaming and a take away position. 
• The boxes are placed onto the transport chain using a forklift, the transport is from left to right.
• Every box gets its own measured amount of pesticides.
• There will be no remainder of pesticides.
• No transmission of viruses, bacterial and fungus between boxes.

Process:
• A solution of water and pesticides is prepared in a seperate tank.
• The complete mixture will be stirred constantly to prevent it from settling.
• With a piston pump the seperate foaming liquid is mixed with water and air to create foam.
• After the foam is created, the pesticides are added and the mixture is transported to the hood.
• This hood will be put onto the box, with air cylinders
• Through this hood the foam will be pushed down through the product in the box.
• Sensors will detect when the foam has reached the bottom of the box.
• Eventually the box with product will be filled completely with foam/disinfection liquid.

General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two component paint, which will give a high protection against water and disinfection liquids.
