Disinfection shower (fully automatic)

Fully automatic machine for disinfecting by showering on top of boxes.Capacity and dimensions:
• The capacity depends on the length of the machine and the shower time.
• The shower can be delivered for boxes (with several dimensions) or pallets with crates.
Process:
• The boxes/pallets are put on the frame, using a forklift.
• A cart with the shower, runs over the boxes/pallets and will shower every filled place on the frame.
• The shower system poures the liquid on a perforated plate, which devides it over the entire box.
• An electrical moving hood around the shower plate, avoids leaking outside of the box.
• With a pump capacity of 110 m3/ hour, a good disinfection of the product is reached.
• After showering all boxes, the cart will stop and the boxes/pallets can be taken off the machine.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two component paint, which will give a high protection against water and disinfection liquids.
