Drying facilities for trays / crates can be used for various products like:
amaryllis, tulips, lilies etc.
Note: For amaryllis bulbs there is a special way of drying.

System:
The system is developed to dry product in trays or crates quicker with
heated or fresh air.
Way of working:
• The dryer is filled with trays or crates
• The side wall of the dryer, made of strong plastic sail, are brought to
the boxes. So that the crates are sealed at the sides.
• At the front the sail door has to be closed.
• At the back of the dryer air is sucked by a ventilator through the boxes,
so that the side wall is sucked vacuum against the trays.
• By doing this air is forged to go through the trays. So no spillage of
energy.
• The sucked air can be reused and comes back at the front of the dryer,
or will be blown out of the dryer.
• A part of intake air can be heated by heat exchanger or mixed with the
reused air.
• The dryer is operating full automatic by using automatic air valves,
temperature and hydro controls.

• By shortening drying times less disease pressure
• Through short drying time, remarkable less energy cost.
• No spillage of energy.
• The drying facility can be made in various seizes.
• There is no need to fill the dryer completely, can also be used half filled.
