Capacity and dimensions:
• The box cleaner can be produced for all kind or desired box dimensions and
capacity.
Way of working:
• The boxes (60/40 cm or 75/50 cm) are put upside down by hand on a
gliding profile and pushed through the washing tunnel, or transported by
a chains with a variable speed motor.
• In the washing tunnel are one or more pressure sections located, with
P.V.C. or stainless steel pressure pipe lines, around the boxes.
• The pipe-lines will wash of the sand, soil and other organic material under
high water pressure.
• The pipe-lines are supplied with water, by a big pressure pump.
Optional:
• Water collecting tank from with the pump can collect the water.
• The washing tunnel extended with a after wash section, to wash the boxes
with clean water.
• Remove label residue by using special nozzles.
• Extra section to supply disinfection liquid.
• Heater to warm the water for a better wash effect.
• Cylinder filters to avoid blockage of filthiness in the pressure pipelines
of the pressure wash sections.
• Filter plate with plate cleaner to separate organic filthiness in the washing
water.
• Cyclone on the water buffer tank to separate sand of the water.
• Liquid blow of unit, with blow hood, to blow of liquid from the product.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
