Advantage:
• After pre-soak the product, it is easier to clean and remove sand before
the product can be exported.
• Also useful as a treatment before a warm water treatment of products.
• The tank underneath the system makes it a closed system.
• By using a chain transport, a continues pre-week system is created.
• The water is spread by spraying hoods (without pressure) over the
product to prevent damaging the product.
Capacity and dimensions:
• The capacity is dependable of the length of the machine, the speed of the
product flow, and the pump capacity.
• The machine can be delivered in several length and width, dependable
of the used boxes as: 60/40 cm boxes, 75/50 cm boxes and cubic boxes.
Way of working:
• With a fork lifter the cubic boxes or pallets with boxes are placed on driven
chains.
• The chains will transport the boxes with product in it, with a fixed low
speed or start / stop by hand.
• At the and of the chain transport the boxes can be taken of the system.
• From a water collecting tank underneath the chain transport system,
pump(s) are sucking the water out of the tank and with pipe lines the
water is supplied to the spraying hoods.
• The spraying hoods will divide the water over the product.
Optional:
• Nylon rollers instead of a chain. With a fork lifter the pallets with boxes or
cubic boxes are pushed over the nylon rollers.
• Start and stop the transport chain from the fork lifter.
• Connected with filter plates, cyclone or synchronised on a export washing
machine.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
