Way of working:
• The product is put on a netting belt of iron bar belt. This is a choice,
dependable of the sort product.
• The washing belt is driven by a variable speed motor.
• It is possible to wash the boxes in the same line as the product.
• Dependable of the machine configuration, the product / boxes are washed
with a pre-soak section, pressure section(s) and a clean water section.
• The pressure washing section(s) consists on pipelines onto and between
the belt. The water pressure is regulated by butterfly valves.
Optional:
• Timed in-feed belt of soft PVC to put the product on and spread out
over the belt to avoid damage of the product and a better washing result.
• Extra pressure washing sections, dependable of the product and the
filthiness.
• Several pressure, pre-soak and water return pumps.
• Cylinder filters to avoid blockage of filthiness in the pressure pipelines
of the pressure wash sections.
• Filter plate with plate cleaner to separate organic filthiness in the washing
water.
• A water buffer tank, to feed the washing machine with water.
• Cyclone on the water buffer tank to separate sand of the water.

• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
