Advantage:
• The water will be pure enough to use it as water after cleaning the
product for export.
• It is not longer necessary to dump the water.
• By Purification of the water, it will prevents the washing water by
infections of mould and several bacteria’s, what can prevent diseases into
the washed product.
Capacity and dimensions:
• From 6 m3 / hour.
Way of working:
• Filthy water from the washing machine will be floated pressure less over a
filter plate to filter the water from organic material.
• The collected water underneath the filter plate, will be pumped to a main
tank of approximate 8 m3.
• At the bottom of the main tank a pump will suck the water out of the
tank and will push the water through a cyclone.
• The cyclone will remove the most of the sand out of the water. Now the
water is clean enough to re-feed it to the washing machine.
• Still there will be floating dirt, several bacteria’s and mould in the water.
Water dispose from floating dirt, bacteria’s and mould:
• By a overflow of the main tank, the water will flow into a tank with a fixer.
In this tank the water will be mixed with flocculant.
• The water will overflow in a sinking tank. In this tank the water get the
time to stop floating and fine material will stick together with the
flocculant. The material will sink to the bottom of the tank.
• Several times the water has to float over a overflow shut, to the next
tank part.
• After this process the water is “colourless”.
• The water from the last tank part is sucked into a little collect tank. This
water will stream by way of a ventury pipeline, where ozone from a ozone
generator is supplied. The water with ozone is pumped through reactor
pipelines and will flow into a buffer tank of app. 1,5 m3.
• Now the water is free of colour, several bacteria’s and mould, to be used
again to wash the product with clean water.
General:
• Het geheel wordt gestaalstraald, verzinkt d.m.v. schooperen en in twee
componenten verf gespoten, om een zo hoogwaardig mogelijke
bescherming te geven aan de machine, welke voortdurend blootgesteld
wordt aan water met zand en andere vervuiling.
