Way of working:
• The product falls in the water of the washing bin.
• With a constant water flow from underneath and whirl in the bin, the sand
and organic material will wash of the product.
• The product is pushed up by the water pressure and will float onto a
iron bar belt.
• The belt will transport the product out of the bin.
Optional:
• Several water pumps available for water supply and water drain.
• High pressure pump to extra cleaning the product onto the iron bar belt.
• Out feed belt to remove stones and clods at the bottom of the washing
bin.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
