Capacity and dimensions:
• The capacity is dependable on the amount of cubic boxes that are sinking
into the bin at once and the time of the treatment.
• Delivered for every capacity (number of boxes) and every dimensions of
boxes.
Way of working:
• The cubic boxes or pallets with boxes on it, will be placed in the, with liquid
filled bin, with a fork lifter and fork lift frame.
• A heater with oil burner together with and digital thermostat, witch can be
regulated on every desired temperature. This will give a contact
temperature on the bin.
• After the disinfection and / or heating time, the cubic boxes will be lifted
out of the bin with a fork lifter with frame and put on a lorry (cross).
• The frame is available again for the next cubic box.
• The cross will by transported by hand to a leakage aria (place).
• The cubic box can be taken of the leakage place with only a fork lifter.
Optional:
• The heating unit executed with a gas burner.
• A heating unit (radiator) what can be put on a central heating system.
• When the machine is designed for one cubic box, there can be a leakage
place on both sides of the bin.
• The cross, to transport the cubic boxes to the leakage place, driven by a
electric motor drive.
• Switch with pull cord to handle the transport of the cross (driven by electric
motor drive) from the fork lift.
• A remote control to start and stop the machine from the fork lifter.
• A dividing plate into the bin to disinfect one cubic box, so it is possible to
disinfect just one box and use up the disinfection liquid as much as possible.
• A ventilation fan in a hood, placed on the top of the leakage place. The
hood will sink on the cubic box, to blow of the liquid from the product.
• The hood that will prevent that the product will float out of the box,
provided with a shower plate, use up disinfection liquid as much as possible.
• Disinfection liquid buffer tank, in witch the liquid can be mixed in advance
and can be saved before using it.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
