Machine developed to stack wooden hot beds. (de-stacking optional)

  General:
  • Designed to stack one row of wooden hot beds of several dimensions.
  • Steel part of the machine are painted in RAL 6011 colour, what gives a
     light green colour.

  Advantage:
  • Prevents back suffering.
  • Always strait stacks.
  • Adjustable for every required stacking height.
  • Suitable to lift very heavy beds.
  • Very efficient to place behind a plant line, bulb washing machine, bulb
     packing machine etc.

  Capacity and dimensions:
  • Approximate 120 hot beds / hour.
  • Several hot bed dimensions suitable, such as: 120/90 cm; 120/100 cm;
     150/120 cm ect.

  Way of working:
  • The hot beds will be transported per pieces into the stacking machine.
  • A hydraulic scissor mechanism lifts up the hot beds.
  • Mechanic hinge hooks are collecting and holding the hot beds up.
  • The Een scissor mechanism will sink down to collect the next hot bed.
  • When the required height of boxes is reached, a light will flash on.
  • With a fork lifter the row (stack of wooden hot beds) can be taken of the
     machine.

  Optional:
  • In feed chain conveyor, with several lengths, to collect the boxes from a
     machine line with another height as the stacking machine.
  • Machine with de-stack function, so the machine can be used for stacking
     and de-stacking.
  • Machine uit te voeren met aan en afvoerbaan.
  • Automatic out feed, storage conveyor, to buffer the stacks.
