General:
• Developed to place or remove foam blocks of the 75/50 cm boxes, used
in the green houses.
• Steel part of the machine are painted in RAL 6011 colour, what gives a
light green colour.
Advantage:
• Prevents back suffering.
• Always strait stacks.
• Labour-saving.
Capacity and dimensions:
• Approximate 300 boxes / hour.
• If necessary also to deliver for higher capacities.
• 75/50 cm wooden or plastic boxes.
Way of working:
• A de-stack system for 75/50 cm boxes de-stacks the boxes.
• A horizontal conveyor belt transports the boxes one by one to a stacking
system.
• during transport of the boxes on the conveyor, the foam blocks will be
taken of the boxes, by hand.
• A stacking system for 75/50 cm boxes stacks the boxes again.
