General:
• Designed to stack one row plastic boxes, and palletise the rows on e very
required pallet size.
• Steel part of the machine are painted in RAL 6011 colour, what gives a
light green colour.
Advantage:
• Prevents back suffering.
• Adjustable for every required stacking (row) height.
• For every required pallet size, or different pallet sizes onto the same
machine delivered.
• Very efficient to place behind a plant line, bulb washing machine, bulb
packing machine etc.
Capacity and dimensions:
• Approximate 400 Boxes / hour.
• 60/40 cm plastic boxes, on several pallet dimensions such as: 80/60 cm;
120/80 cm; 120/100 cm; 120/120 cm; 160/120 cm ect.
Way of working:
• The boxes will be transported per pieces into the stacking machine.
• A pneumatic mechanism picks up and lifts the boxes per piece.
• The stacking machine stacks the row from the bottom. Every time the
row will be placed onto the next in feed boxes and lifted together.
• When the required number of boxes per row is reached, the stacking
machine the rows will be taken over by a driven iron roller conveyor.
• After transporting the row, the stacking station can make a new
stack (Row).
• The row will be, if necessary for placing on a pallet, rotated, by a
rotating arm, during transport.
• A Sliding arm, will slide the rows of boxes together on a sliding plate.
• When the required number of rows for 1 pallet are standing on the sliding
plate, the sliding arm will push the rows of boxes together on a pallet.
• The pallet is placed underneath the sliding plate, so the boxes will be
pushed on the pallet without friction.
Optional:
• In feed string conveyor, with several lengths, to collect the boxes from a
machine line with another height as the stacking machine.
• Machine with de-stack function, so the machine can be used for stacking
and de-stacking.
• Automatic out feed, storage conveyor, to buffer the stacks.
• Automatic de-stack / in feed system for the required pallets.
