General:
• Developed to stack one row of plastic 60/40 cm boxes on a pallet.
• Steel part of the machine are painted in RAL 6011 colour, what gives a
light green colour.
Advantage:
• Prevents back suffering.
• Adjustable for every required stacking (row) height.
• Very efficient to place behind a plant line, bulb washing machine, bulb
packing machine etc.
Capacity and dimensions:
• Approximate 300 boxes / hour.
• If necessary also to deliver for higher capacities.
• 60/40 cm plastic boxes, on a 60/40 cm pallet.
Way of working:
• The boxes will be transported per piece into the stacking machine.
• A pneumatic mechanism picks up and lifts the boxes per piece.
• The stacking machine stacks the row from the bottom. Every time the
row will be placed onto the next in feed box and lifted together.
• When the required height of boxes is reached, a light will flash on.
• The pallet has to be placed by hand into the stacking machine.
• By pushing a button the machine will place the stack on the pallet.
• With a pallet lorry the stack including pallet will be taken out of the
machine.
• By pushing a reset button, the cycle will repeat.
Optional:
• In feed string conveyor, with several lengths, to collect the boxes from a
machine line with another height as the stacking machine.
• Machine placed on a frame, for a different output height.
• Machine with de-stack function, so the machine can be used for stacking
and de-stacking.
• Automatic out feed, storage conveyor, to buffer the stacks.
• Automatic de-stack / in feed system for the required pallets.
