Advantage:
• The disinfection / sinking time is variable.
• Product is spread over the packing belt, so the peat can be mixed
through the product.
• Product will be optimal packed, captured and exported.
• The little dosing hopper will give the most optimal mix of peat between
the product on the packing belt.
Capacity and dimensions:
• Till approximate 400 boxed / hour, dependable of the machine
configuration.
• Designed for all kind of boxes such as 60/40 cm boxes.
Way of working:
• The boxes with product will be emptied on a soft belt.
• This in feed belt gives the product per box volume to a cassette belt.
This belt will sink the product in the disinfection liquid.
• The variable speed of the belt, will specify the sinking time and herewith
the disinfection time of the product.
• The cassette belt, gives the product over to a netting belt or iron bar
belt, so the leaking liquid will float back into the liquid tank.
• A saw shape belt, takes over the product and will spread the product
over the belt.
• The packing belt will take over the product and will spread the product
even more, so there can be enough mixed enough peat between the
product.
• A double peat hopper up on the packing belt, will supply the peat.
• All the belts are working with a variable speed motor, to regulate the
product stream.
Optional:
• Delivery of the disinfect machine as a stand alone machine.
• Delivery of the packing belt with double peat hopper as a stand alone
machine.
• Delivered as a complete automatic disinfect / packing system, with de-
stacking, stacking and emptying of he boxes.
• Automatic in feed belt for one or more box volumes.
• A buffer tank underneath the disinfection machine, complete with pump,
to collect, circulate and filling the disinfection liquid for the disinfection
machine.
• Disinfection liquid buffer tank, in witch the liquid can be mixed in advance
and can be saved before using it.
• Disinfect liquid / organic material collect tank, with float over shut, to
divide organic material from the disinfection liquid. The liquid will float
over into the buffer tank.
• Transport en handling of plastic 60/40 cm boxes:
• Turning arm to empty the boxes.
• Empty box belt, to transport the boxes to the packing area.
• Box shaker, to make the packing of product with peat easier.
• Site shift table, to site shift the boxes.
• Turning table, to turn the boxes 900 in their transporting direction.
• Turning table to turn the boxes 1800 in their transporting direction, to
stack nested (layer) boxes.
• Several dividing belts for supplying peat to the dosing hoppers.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
