Machine line developed to pack lilies with a speed of 400 boxes / hour.

  Way of working:
  • The packing belt will take over the product form the disinfection machine
     and will spread the product, so there can be enough mixed enough peat
     between the product.
  • A peat supply system will feed the dividing belts to the three dosing
     hoppers.
  • The empty box will be transported underneath the 1ste dosing hopper.
  • The dosing hopper will supply the first thin layer of peat into the box.
  • The box will be transported further to the end of the packing belt.
  • The box will be clamped, shacked and moved back and forwards.
  • The 2nd dosing hopper gives peat onto the packing belt between the lilies.
  • The lilies and peat will be dosed and packed into the box.
  • The box transports after filling underneath the 3rd dosing hopper.
  • The dosing hopper will supply the top layer of peat to the box.
  • After the filling is complete, the box will be clamped again and shacked,
     to flat the top layer.

  General:
  • All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two 
     component paint, with will give a high protection against water
     disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
