Advantage:
• Possibility to make the machine fully automatic, what will give labour-
saving.
• The used disinfection liquid is limited to the minimum.
• Used for disinfection of product but also empty boxes.
• For several boxes used as: plastic 60/40cm boxes; plastic 75/50cm
boxes and cubic boxes with or without product and several different
dimensions.
• Almost the same as the sink principle.
• Long leaking time after showering.
Capacity and dimensions:
• The capacity is dependable of the length of the machine and the shower
time.
• The shower can be delivered for several boxes on pallets or cubic
boxes, with several dimensions (also to cubic boxes onto each other)
Way of working:
• The cubic boxes or pallets with boxes, will be placed the a fork lifter
on the chain.
• The boxes or pallet will be transported by the chain to the shower
place.
• The shower system consist of a water dividing star, witch divides the
liquid on a perforated plate.
• With a big pump capacity of 110 m3/ hour, the liquid is showered over
the product what will give a complete and good disinfection to the
product.
• After the shower place, the chain will transport the product to leak-out
before they are
taken of the machine.
• On the last leak-out place, the product can be taken of the machine
with a fork lifter.
Optional:
• An electrical moving hood around the shower plate, so the liquid leaking
on the outside of the cubic box to avoid leaking liquid on the outside
of the box.
• A timer to switch the shower time on and of.
• Fully atomised system, to get a constant working cycle.
• In height changeable shower plate, for several cubic box heights.
• Possibility to close the shower place with electrical working curtains.
• Electrical working ventilator in a hood, onto a leak out place to blow
most of the liquid of the product.
• It is possible to deliver the machine with a special formed collect tank,
to minimise the remain liquid.
• A heating unit to warm up the disinfection liquid.
• Disinfection liquid buffer tank, in witch the liquid can be mixed in
advance and can be saved before using it.
• Disinfection or anti foam dosing pump, witch will give a adjusted
volume every time the pump will start.
• A remote control to start and stop the machine from the fork lifter.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
