Advantage:

Capacity and dimensions:
• The capacity is dependable of the size of the cabin and the shower
time.
• The shower can be delivered for several dimensions of wooden and
plastic boxes.
Way of working:
• The boxes will be placed in the cabin on the collect tank.
• The door will be closed.
• The shower will be turned on during the adjusted time of the timer.
• The shower system consist of a water dividing star, witch divides the
liquid on a perforated plate.
• After the shower time the pump will switch of and the product can
leak out.
• The liquid will be catched in the collect tank.
Optional:
• Cabin with canvas roller door.
• Cabin with electric controlled canvas roller door.
• Double shower cabin with one or more pump sets, so one cabin
can be showered and one cabin can leak out.
• Double shower cabin complete automatic.
• Disinfection liquid buffer tank, in witch the liquid can be mixed in
advance and can be saved before using it.
• Disinfection or anti foam dosing pump, witch will give a adjusted
volume every time the pump will start.
General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two
component paint, with will give a high protection against water
disinfection liquid and other filthiness.
